FIRST SHOT HIGH OVER CHRONO
If your gun seems to build to a high show when you let it sit for a little while, you probably have a slow leak in your regulator. To rectify this, follow these simple steps:
1. Degas your marker completely – MAKE SURE IT IS FULLY DEGASSED.
2. Remove the left hand side of your wrap around grip so that you can access the regulator screw.
3. Unscrew the regulator and remove it from the gun. Use a spanner and allen key to split the regulator in half.
4. Inspect and reverse the seat. Inspect the piston face for damage. Replace either of these items if they are damaged.
5. Replace and re-chrono your gun
GUN NOT TURNING ON
Make sure the battery is charged, and that your charger or power outlet is working. There is a small visual red LED near the charge cable that should be lit during charging (inside the grip), if you cannot see this light, try another cable or outlet.
GUN LEAKING DOWN THE BARREL
A leak that seems to be coming down the barrel from your drive, is usually caused by the #14 o-ring on the firing valve. Please change this for a new one, and it should solve your problem.
GUN USING TOO MUCH AIR
If your gun is using more air than you expect, please verify that there is not a leak in your gun or air system. You should be able to hear a leak if you take the gun someplace quiet. Most leaks are caused by failed o-rings or loose ASAs etc.
If you are sure there is no leak, replace and regrease the #17 o-rings on the valve, they control your air efficiency.
Check to be sure your gun has a reasonable paint to barrel match. If your paint is too loose in the barrel, you will waste air during the shot.

If changing the o-ring does not help, please make sure the battery is charged, and try changing the bolt tip for a new one.
Another cause may the the dwell setting on your gun, please make sure it is set to 12ms or above. In very cold weather (below 10C or 50F), don’t be afraid to increase your dwell to 16ms.
GUN DOESN'T FIRE AT ALL
Please check these things:
– The air is turned on
– Your gun battery meter reads full
– The trigger is pressing the microswitch on the board
– press and hold the trigger for two seconds, this should force a shot. If the gun fires, then it means your eyes need cleaning.
SHOOT DOWN
This is usually caused by a worn or dry M16-2 o-ring on the bolt. If you remove the drive, change the bolt, and relube with Militia Lube, you will be up and running in no time.
If changing the #16 o-ring does not help, please try charging your battery.

5. Check your breech to see if it has the eyes lit. If they are lit, you do not have a problem with your power supply, only with the display module. Please power off your board, then unplug the display module. Carefully, and firmly, reconnect the display module before trying the power again

Unzip the file into a folder on your windows PC. Then run the file MDFLASH.EXE.
You will see the utility screen:
Power on your gun and connect it to your PC by USB. The first time you connect your gun to your PC, there will be a delay of up to 1 minute as the system installs drivers. If you use Windows 7 or 8, you may see this message, just wait until it is completed.
Once your gun is connected, press the […] button after firmware file, to open the select file dialogue.
Select your file (we have included semi only and full function versions), then press open. When you return to the utility screen, press the program button.
DO NOT DISCONNECT YOUR GUN DURING PROGRAMMING – the utility will give you a message when it is done. You should see an updated status in the bottom status box.
Once completed, you can simply disconnect your gun from your PC.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Warranty procedure
All MacDev markers carry a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Please retain your proof of purchase, as this warranty begins from the date of purchase on a brand new marker.

Warranty policy
Your marker warranty covers manufacturing defects. This is something on the marker which was not manufactured correctly. It does not cover consumable items, or those damaged by misadventure. Examples of consumables are:
-Batteries
-Eyes
-Detents
-O-rings
-Bolt tips
-Regulator seats
-Screws
If warranty is successfully claimed, the product may be repaired or replaced under the discretion of MacDev tech support.
Spare parts policy
MacDev continues to manufacture spare parts for 5 years after the last new marker is manufactured. This does not mean spare parts are not available, MacDev warehouses any spare parts still available for purchase, but do not guarantee the availability of spares after the 5 years has passed.
